Defence — U.K. Special Tier X Cruiser.

A hypothetical development of "big cruiser" designs created by British shipbuilders in the late 1930s, with the main battery gun caliber increased to 356 mm. The ship was conceived as a response to the strengthening of the Japanese Navy. Her main purpose was to counter enemy heavy cruisers.

Pros

  • High firing accuracy and armor penetration of the main battery
  • HE shells with an increased chance of fire
  • AP shells with reduced chances of ricocheting

Cons

  • Low damage per minute
  • Low gun traverse speed
  • Abysmal smoke fire penalty
