AL Harbin — Pan-Asia Premium Tier VIII Cruiser.

A light cruiser of the Dragon Empery. Harbin is lively and easygoing, always eager to be in the thick of things. She loves a good laugh and doesn't take life too seriously. Still, she always keeps her guns ready to protect those important to her. From the Azur Lane game.

Pros

  • Good rate of fire for the tier.

Cons
