Update 14.9 was released on January 2, 2026. The update celebrated the 250th anniversary of the United States Navy through the Liberty Harbor event, which allowed players to rebuild and expand a themed naval base by completing combat missions and Expeditions. Liberty Harbor
Liberty Harbor was and event that commemorated US Navy's 250th anniversary. It ran from October 9, 2026 to December 4, 2026. The event featured the construction of the "Liberty Harbor" naval base. The base consisted of 4 areas:
- Naval Command
- Operational Command
- Military Port
- Fuel Terminaldff
In order to upgrade them, player had to complete combat mission that provided Naval Base Supplies, which were a temporary currency needed to upgrade the areas of the Liberty Harbor. Each area consisted of three Levels plus 10 Intermediate Stages that increase the income from that area.
