The tutorial map can only be played via the Introductory Mission that new players have. It features a set battle with the player piloting a cruiser fighting against enemy defense forces. Depending on the nation selected, enemies will be from an opposing nation. There are special coastal defense batteries that appear in no other map, but they never target the player.
