==Basic Description== Hotspot drops players into the battle in the middle of an island chain somewhere in the South Pacific. The east is heavily constricted by numerous small islands, while the west is dominated by a trio of tall, mountainous outcroppings that allow for limited long-range combat through the gaps. The center is mostly open water, safe only for destroyers and similar ships with low detectability. Beside the two-base Standard Battle mode,

this map can be played in either three-area or a four base layout Domination and a Standard Battlethere can be a Thunderstorm Front as well.
