Foca — Italy Tech Tree Tier VI Submarine.
A medium-sized, ocean-going submarine equipped for minelaying operations. The Foca-class submarines had an unusual design feature: a 100 mm gun mounted at the rear of the conning tower that could rotate together with part of the structure. All three submarines of the class served in the Mediterranean during World War II. The lead submarine was lost under unknown circumstances early in the war, in October 1940.
This ship gets access to a set of combat instructions that enhances torpedo reload and ship speed.
