28,500 doubloons

Roussillon — France Premium Tier IX Battleship.

One of the variants of the Alsace-class battleship design, developed in 1939. The principal distinction from other versions of the project was a main battery consisting of nine 406 mm guns. Since the French Navy did not possess such guns at the time, the construction of a battleship with this armament configuration was unlikely. However, the main reason for the project's cancellation was France's defeat on land in May–June 1940.

Pros

  • High main battery firing accuracy and armor penetration capabilities
  • Long firing range
  • Enhanced Engine Boost consumable available

Cons

  • Low rate of fire
  • Weak armor
