Update 14.10: Temporal Rift
Update 14.10 delivers the following:
Temporal Rift
Starts: Oct 29, 2025, 02:00 AM PT
Ends: Dec 10, 2025, 01:00 AM PT
A new sci-fi temporary battle type featuring attack-and-defense clashes, respawns, and advanced technology.
Operations
- Available Operations: Shattered Time and Rift Watch.
- Schedule: Available sequentially for 2 weeks each during Update 14.10, and then in rotation during the first 2 weeks of Update 14.11.
- Gameplay: Join a nine-player team to battle waves of bots on a massive, sector-based map with a respawn mechanic.
- Objectives: In Shattered Time, push through defense lines to capture enemy bases. In Rift Watch, defend bases and Key Areas against bot attackers.
Ships and Missiles
- Rental Ships: Played on specialized event ships: Lutèce, Chronos Carrier, and Walküre.
- Weaponry: Ships feature unique characteristics (more accurate shots, Heavy Explosive shells, enabled citadels) and are exclusively armed with missiles.
- Missile Usage: Indicate a target area via aerial view to launch; missiles are homing and stay undetected for a period of time.
- Defenses: Ships include the Defense Systems consumable to temporarily reduce incoming damage, and warnings are provided for incoming missiles.
Unassigned Commanders
- Overview: Complete secondary tasks to earn rewards, including Coal, Free XP, and new commanders: Commodore Joanna Lee, Admiral Wolfgang Crow, SABER-777, and Dr. Marcus Steel.
- Feature: Unassigned Commanders have no initial nation/specialization. Once assigned to a ship, they permanently adopt its nation and flag.
- Usage: They operate like regular commanders and can be retrained or sent to the Reserve.

Black Friday 2025

New Arrivals
- Discover five new ships joining the fleet: X Puerto Rico B, X Rhode Island B, IX Neustrashimy B, IX Karl XIV Johan B, and VIII Schill B.
Black Friday Squadron
- New Feature: A progress system showcasing pairs of original ships and their "Black Friday" (B) counterparts.
- Combat Missions: Unlock traditional missions by completing ship pairs during the event. Rewards include Doubloons and other valuable resources.
- Progress Bar: Acquiring "B" ships advances your progress bar. Both new purchases and previously owned "B" ships count toward your progress.
- Milestones: Progress speed is based on ship rarity; each milestone reached grants additional rewards.

Construction Details
- Total Phases: 35.
- Combat Missions: Finish 30 phases through dedicated missions.
- Doubloon Requirements: Remaining phases must be purchased using Doubloons.
Purchasing Options
- Individual Phase: 1,350 Doubloons per phase.
- Starter Packs:
- 5 phases: 5,000 Doubloons.
- 10 phases: 9,000 Doubloons.
Note: Starter packs are only available until you complete 10 phases through, combat missions are available for the first 3 weeks of Update 14.10. After they conclude, you have 5 days to complete the construction using Doubloons. The Dockyard will be removed from your Port 2 days before the release of Update 14.11.
Assisted in Destruction
A new ribbon has been introduced to recognize your significant contribution in sinking enemy ships when you don't land the final blow.
How to Earn the Ribbon
To receive the "Assisted in destruction" ribbon, you must have a significant impact on an enemy ship's destruction:
- Direct Contribution: Deal damage equal to no less than 1/3 of the enemy ship's maximum HP.
- Cumulative Contribution: Contribute a total damage equal to at least 2/3 of the ship's maximum HP.
Included Damage Metrics
- Direct damage dealt.
- Spotting damage.
- Fire and flooding damage (dealt by you and your team) triggered by your actions while the enemy's Damage Control Party
was on cooldown.
Notes:
- You can earn multiple ribbons per battle.
- Multiple players can receive the ribbon for assisting in the destruction of the same ship.
- The "Assisted in destruction" ribbon does not affect XP earnings.

Event Progression
- Exchange your Steel, Research Bureau, and a limited number of Premium Days and Elite Commander XP to advance through the event's progress bar.
- Major Rewards: Includes the VIII Błyskawica '44 and "Aura Farming" permanent camouflages for all three versions of the VII Błyskawica. The IX Błyskawica '52' is the final reward at the end of the progress line.
Additional Combat Mission
- Complete a special mission for the VII Błyskawica, VIII Błyskawica '44, VIII Orkan, or VII Grom.
- Reward: New "Polska Wycinanka" permanent camouflage.

Other Changes
Bugs & Fixes
- Container Mechanics: Fixed a bug where additional containers were lost when owning 100 of the same type. Extra containers now automatically open when the count exceeds 100.
- Visual Fixes: Corrected color details for the "Remembrance Night" permanent camouflage for VII Helena.
- Bug Fixes: Fixed a bug where gun indicators on the battle compass would sometimes point in the wrong direction.
UI/UX Improvements
- Added animations for closing guiding tips and pop-over messages in Liberty Harbor and the container barge.
- Added the Liberty Harbor banner to the "10th Anniversary: Grand Voyage" landing webpage.
