Roussillon Dockyard

Construct the French battleship IX Roussillon and earn the cruiser VI Montcalm as an intermediate reward.
Ship Overviews
IX Roussillon: A long-range battleship with high accuracy and good ballistics. Equipped with Engine Boost and Main Battery Reload Booster Weak armor necessitates careful positioning and tactical play.
VI Montcalm: Armed with nine 152 mm guns featuring high DPM and good range, supplemented by a Main Battery Reload Booster.
Construction Progression
- Total Phases: 20.
- Combat Missions: 18 phases can be completed via missions (available throughout Update 14.11 and the first two weeks of 15.0).
- Purchasable Phases: The final 2 phases must be purchased with Doubloons.
Purchasing Options
- Single Phase: 3,000 Doubloons.
- Starter Packs: 2 phases for 5,000 Doubloons or 6 phases for 12,500 Doubloons. (Note: Starter packs are only available until you complete 4 phases via combat missions).
If you already own VI Montcalm, you will receive 45,000 Coal as compensation. The Dockyard will be removed at the start of Update 15.1.

Event Overview
- Gameplay: Join a nine-player team to face waves of bots on an Arctica-inspired map divided into three defensive lines and nine sectors.
- Rotation: Both Operations rotate randomly during the first two weeks of the update.
- Objectives:
- Shattered Time: Press the offensive and break through defense lines to capture the enemy base.
- Rift Watch: Hold the line and defend against bot attackers.
Mechanics & Progression
- Respawn: Use the respawn mechanic to return to the fight quickly.
- Armament: Utilize unique event-exclusive lethal missiles.
- Reward Track: Complete secondary tasks to earn stars. Progressing along the track rewards you with 4 nationless Commanders and Event Tokens.
- Tokens: Use Tokens to upgrade your event ships or acquire new ones.

Last Chance to Finish Liberty Harbor
Ends: Dec 3, 2025, 01:00 AM PT
This is the final opportunity to complete your miniature naval base and claim the reward.
Final Instructions
- Availability: Only during the first week of Update 14.11.
- Restrictions: Combat missions and expeditions are no longer available.
- Construction: You can finish building any remaining Liberty Harbor areas using previously earned "Naval Base Supplies" or by using Doubloons.
Reward
- Upon completing the construction, you will receive the Epic U.S. cruiser VIII Bridgeport.
Liberty Harbor will be permanently removed from your Port at the end of the first week of Update 14.11. For more information, check the dedicated Article.
Asymmetric Battles Continue

Asymmetric Battles continue throughout Update 14.11 and will remain active until the release of Update 15.2.

The Armory
Update 14.11 brings a festive update to the Armory, featuring new permanent camouflage options for Research Points and an upcoming ship rotation.
Permanent Camouflages for Research Points
Starting with Update 14.11, the "Noble Patina" permanent camouflages and the "Golden Ray" enemy destruction effect are available in the Research Bureau.

TheRussianBadger Bundle
The collaboration content featuring TheRussianBadger will remain available in the Naval Community category for Community Tokens until December 31, 2025. After this date, these items will be permanently removed:
- Commander TheRussianBadger (with unique voiceover).
- USS LOBSTERMINATOR permanent camouflage for New Mexico.
- CLAWSTROPHOBIC commemorative flag.
Improvements to Operations
Starting with Update 14.11, the Operations matchmaker has been restructured to provide better tier alignment for both players and bots.
New Matchmaker Groups
The previous two-group system has been replaced by three distinct brackets:
- Tier VI–VII
- Tier VIII–IX
- Tier X and Superships
Key Changes
- Improved Balancing: This change is intended to increase the probability of facing bots that better correspond to your ship's tier.
- Tier Variance: The matchmaker will still maintain a +/- 1 tier range, meaning Tier IX ships may still be matched in battles alongside Tier X ships.
These adjustments aim to refine the difficulty and experience within Operations by narrowing the tier gap in opponent composition.
Content Additions and Changes
New Items
- Permanent Camouflages: Neon Vortex, Polar Ice Caps (for IX Östergötland, IV Hermes, VII New Orleans, and VIII Constellation), and White and Gold (for VIII Rochester, IX Iowa, and X Montana).
- Enemy Destruction Effects: Spectral Eel and Salt in the Wound.
Container Updates
- With the start of Update 15.0, all "War Is Over" and "War Is Over Premium" containers will be automatically opened to ensure players receive current content before upcoming changes.
Ship Testing
The following ships have been added for testing by developers, volunteers, and Community Contributors:
- European: V Tegetthoff, VI Laudon.
- Pan-Asian: IX Yimeng.
- French: VIII Hoche, X Châteaurenault.

Other Changes
Bugs & Fixes
- Fixed a game client crash bug affecting X Yamato Kai. The ship is now available again.
- Fixed a bug with the default permanent camouflage for IX Błyskawica '52.
- Fixed a bug where the second Airstrike charge failed to load for X Willem de Eerste.
- Fixed a bug that sometimes caused allies to hear quick commands not directed at them.
- Fixed a bug that sometimes triggered a "Well done" quick command targeted at a specific player to be visible in the main chat.
- Resolved an issue allowing secondary guns to fire from unintended angles.
